• Board View to PDF: Exports are temporarily stored on AWS S3 for 1 day. We use two unique, unpredictable universal identifiers in each URL to ensure data safety and prevent unauthorized access.
• Notion Embed for monday.com: Uses the third-party domain https://notion.datanexify.com to render Notion page content.
• Report Automation and Integration: Uses the third-party domain https://boardanalytics.datanexify.com to run report automations.
• Subitem Automations & Templates: Uses the third-party domain https://subitemautomations.datanexify.com to run subitem automations and templates.
• Google Calendar Sync for monday.com: Uses the third-party domain https://googlecalendarsync.datanexify.com to run google calendar sync. We store encrypted user names and email addresses for sending important communications about app updates and notifications.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Board View to PDF: Data can be removed on request. And in case of app uninstall, data will be deleted automatically after 7 days.
